Opero is an independent automation studio. This page explains what we collect when you use this site, why, and your choices — kept short and plain.
Who we are
Opero builds custom AI agents and automations for businesses. You can reach us through the request form on this site.
What we collect
Only what you send us. Through the request form: your business name, what you do, website or social handle, the channels and tools you use, rough volumes, your goal, and your name, email and phone. Through the on-site assistant: the messages you type. We don't use advertising trackers and we never sell data.
How we use it
To understand your request, prepare a tailored plan, and get back to you. Nothing else.
Service providers
A few trusted providers process data on our behalf, only to deliver what you asked for: the on-site assistant sends your messages to Google (Gemini) to generate replies; emails are delivered through Resend; the site runs on Vercel. We don't sell your data or share it with anyone else.
Bot protection — Cloudflare Turnstile
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect the request form and the assistant from automated abuse. To do this, Turnstile may process technical information about your browser and device. It is a privacy-first alternative to traditional CAPTCHAs and does not use this data for advertising. For details, see Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
Analytics
We use Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights to understand aggregate traffic and performance. They are cookieless and don't profile individual visitors.
Retention & your rights
We keep request and conversation details only as long as needed to respond and deliver the work. You can ask us to access or delete your information at any time through the request form.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update the date above.
